The functionalities of your app are analyzed one by one, and also the main problem of your target audience. The technical risks are evaluated and studied. All the screens implementing the functionalities are displayed in a canvas (wireframe). We answer the questions: Which screens will my app have?, What information should we add on each screen? How do we navigate from one screen to the next? How the interaction will be? What error messages will be shown?
We extract the 2 or 3 most representative screens from the previous wireframe, and we provide several design proposals. We answer questions like: What colors the app will have? Which will be the style, the typography? Here we obtain the Look & Feel of the app. Once we have it, we add this design to the original wireframe so that a programmer is able to develop and produce the app. Besides, we generate a clickable mockup or prototype, ideal for showing it to investors, or validate the idea with beta users.
Now your idea is in a status in which you can ask for quotations to any development and design team of your choice.
After the development, and before launching to the Apple app store, it’s important to schedule some testing sessions with a closed beta testing group. This way you can detect and fix any last minute bug.
The release date arrived. You need to have a good app marketing strategy, so you can optimize the searches of your app in the App Store (ASO).
We shouldn’t forget that a mobile app is a living project and we shouldn’t just forget about it after the first release. Working with an agile methodology is the most recommended in this case.
You’ll get a deliverable that you could use to get quotations from any development and design team of your choice (including me)

The payment is 100% upfront. After our free initial consultation session, and only if we see that there is feeling between us and I feel I can help you, I’ll give you the payment details.
It’s an schema of your app. Within this schema we can see the information to be shown on each screen, the navigation between them, the user interactions, the animations, etc. It’s very common that the first iterations give a simple sketch as output, but the closer we get to the final session, the more detailed version we will get. You can see multiple examples here.
